Found a previously owned Subaru online that was of interest. Filled out the online contact form and within several minutes got a call from Kelly Froehlich, the Internet Sales Consultant. I was able to visit the dealership the following day, but Kelly was not available. When I arrived at the dealership I was welcomed by Iryna. I found Iryna to be friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. After a test drive and some discussion, I purchased the Subaru. Iryna was very efficient in processing all the needed paperwork and explaining the purpose of each document. My wife and I met with Joe Postorino, Business Manager, who was most helpful in explaining our options and processing the needed financial documents.
