I have given this dealership almost the highest rating possible simply due to the fact the the employee, Dan Lenox, epitomizes what I personnaly feel is the creed of this dealership, that is to make the e possible simply due to the fact the the employee, Dan Lenox, epitomizes what I personnaly feel is the creed of this dealership, that is to make the experience of the customer as simple, friendly and most important honest as possible. We have had two encounters with the dealer, both through Dan Lenox. The first was when we bought our 2013 Outback and the second and latest our 2012 Impreza. I had mentioned to both Dan and his manager, that after our first car we would be interested in a second one but more economical than the first. As soon as candidate arose meeting this requirement, I received a communication from Dan and the ball starting rolling from there. This past Sauturday, we picked up our second car in a matter of a few hours and was very satisfied with the deal we made and extremely satisfied with the service that Dan provided. Would definitely recommend this dealership and specifically Dan to any who contacted me about our cars and where we obtained them. More
