She never seemed rushed and answered all our questions and even helped us set up the blue tooth for my wife's phone. One of the things tfat impressed me was that he was able to aid the approval of my finance evethough my credit history not lenghty enough by other dealership's standards. I was shocked when he noticed that the owners maual was missing before I had the chance to notice and went out of his way to recover it from the previous owner, when I would have been ok with a PDF or copy. So more or less he made the whole ordeal pleasant. Would I recomend him to someone else?
