STAY AWAY--STAY FAR FAR AWAY! !! I attempted to end my 2019 Edge SEL AWD lease a few months early. I went back to All American as I have leased with them twice before. My sales !! I attempted to end my 2019 Edge SEL AWD lease a few months early. I went back to All American as I have leased with them twice before. My salesman was Eddie Watson. Nice guy and very laid back. Well we made a deal, they inspected my early turn in, and even gave me credit from the old lease toward the new one. (Or so I thought). I gave them a $500 deposit and made arrangements to pick up two days later. I arrived to pick the new vehicle as promised. Well, they inspected my early turn in again and decided I needed new tires and had two small scratches on the vehicle. So now, the previously negotiated payment would have to be increased by $50/month. This is after the we negotiated and deposited on a set price. Eddie said he tried but they wouldn't budge. TOTAL BS!!! It appeared that he really couldn't have cared less. A total bait and switch deal. I basically told them to cancel the deal and expressed my total dissatisfaction in their business ethics. This is the way you treat a loyal sales and service customer?? I left the dealership and proceeded to a more local dealer near my home. Walked in, made the deal and even got the color I wanted. Even better than that, they inspected my vehicle and gave me a $2500 credit towards the new lease , added in the Ford rebates and even offered a payment $40 LOWER than the original deal at All American. It is quite evident that All American looks to RIP-OFF their customers. I WILL NEVER go back and will spread this message far and wide as well. More
A satisfied customer every time. I thought I write a review and say whenever I go to Ford Hackensack for car maintenance they always do a great job in a timely fashion and always tell you what’s going o review and say whenever I go to Ford Hackensack for car maintenance they always do a great job in a timely fashion and always tell you what’s going on upfront the best they can and to me there is never a problem. If you working with the sales people that first greet you or if they have to send you to the manager to see if they can assist more with the problem to where you feel comfortable because of the communication you receive from all of them. I rate them with high stars for communication and service. Again the service is great the problem gets fixed and you satisfied. And I’m not talking for all Ford dealerships I’m talking about All American Ford Hackensack I drive a Ford Explorer. More
Wrote a review of experience with dealership and salesman...that were terrible!!! Their reply had nothing to do with my review..all excuses..instead of taking positive criticism and making a change salesman...that were terrible!!! Their reply had nothing to do with my review..all excuses..instead of taking positive criticism and making a change of customer service and taking pride in the appearance and vehicle damage on new vehicles..why pay for a new vehicle and have to get parts to fix damage. Actually i never like to write a bad review about any business but the ford service really pissed me off. Mid nov 2020 i left my car to be fixed, the following date they text me , they need to change the business but the ford service really pissed me off. Mid nov 2020 i left my car to be fixed, the following date they text me , they need to change the TCM and the battery the car will run, the cost was 1242$ i approved. The following day they text me and they ask to change the clutch that extra 2300$ i didnt approve because from the beggining they had to tell me all this. How ever i find out that the TCM is actually under the warranty program for this car up to 150 k mile. How ever we had agrement for 2405.00$ and they fix it i paid and got my car back and i drowe 5 miles again same problem , this happen 2 times back and fort same day dec 3rd and i left the car there again since then keep caling but no body toke the responsibility to update with me about my ford focus . Finaly today could reach a different service advasore and again he told me ather parts needs to change too thats an other extra 2 k This is really ripped off and unprofesdional service for the ford company. More
