Quick Lane Oil Change/Tire Rotation Kenneth Whyte was outstanding. Greeted me immediately, advised of the time and kept me informed. Highly recommend from the service adviser perspective. My issue is just around the time it takes for a "quick lane" oil change. An oil change and tire rotation was just shy of two hours and there was only one vehicle before mine and it was already down off the lift. I chose All American's quick lane because previous visits to the dealer service department for an oil change was typically 4 hours! Would like to continue using the dealer vs. other quick service oil lubes, but AA Ford needs to figure out how to speed it up. An oil change and tire rotation should not take nearly two hours. More
