Sales and Service I went to Ford to have my Explorer serviced and also to purchase a new Explorer. My first salesman ( Jerry) was terrible, so I walked away. But as I was waiting outside for my vehicle I was reeled back in by another salesman. At this point they gave me an amazing salesman Jesus Marante. He truly wanted to make sure all my wants and needs in my new vehicle were meet. I was now satisfied and no longer upset about my experience. Great Service Department I brought my 2010 Explorer in to resolve an issue related to not having any heat in the passenger compartment and possible transmission issues. I explained the problem to Ken, he wrote up the service order and reviewed it with me to see if he had addressed all of my concerns, Once the problem was diagnosed, Ken followed through with the Continued Service Plan people to get the service that was covered by warranty authorized right away so that the car could be fixed as soon as possible. Ken kept me updated throughout the entire process. He is a great example of the commitment to customer service by the employees of All American Ford. More
