Great Price and Great Follow-up Services I thought that I was down grading from a BMW to a Ford however I don't miss a thing. I have all the features that I had in my BM and more. 8 hours to purchase and little customer support I have given 2 stars (fair) as my experience has been worse than average. To start, it took all of 8 hours to complete a purchase of a 2016 Explorer. I have given 2 stars (fair) as my experience has been worse than average. To start, it took all of 8 hours to complete a purchase of a 2016 Explorer. I was told the unit was on the lot but that was not true. We waited quite a while for the car to come from another lot. Larry Rubin did all he could to expedite it. We agreed on the price and then we waited again to do paperwork. I left the lot with the vehicle in the dark as they closed the dealership gates (actually, we were locked in). I subsequently found a chip on the hood which I reported promptly. I was sent a tube of touchup paint and at the direction of the dealership, I applied it so it would not rust. When I returned for my plates I asked Larry to take care of it professionally as I didn't like the way it looked on my new $50K truck. He forwarded me to Service. The head of service (Alan) said "if I show that to Ford, they'll laugh at me...go tell the salesman to write a we owe document". By this time, I was out of time and patience (why should I have to go tell anyone, that's your job) so moved to my next appointment and returned home. I wrote an email to their Customer Service. I received a call from Joe Fisher with his personal cell phone. So I called back this number several times leaving messages. No call back. I then call him a week later at the showroom. No apology but Joe sounded interested to help now and said he needed to arrange things for me and he would call back in 1 hour. "will you? Yes, I will." Longer story short...I've been forgotten, adding insult to injury. More

Sales and Service I went to Ford to have my Explorer serviced and also to purchase a new Explorer. My first salesman ( Jerry) was terrible, so I walked away. But as I was waiting outside for my vehicle I was reeled back in by another salesman. At this point they gave me an amazing salesman Jesus Marante. He truly wanted to make sure all my wants and needs in my new vehicle were meet. I was now satisfied and no longer upset about my experience. Thank you Jesus for your amazing upbeat and positive additude!!! As for service , Rich Wolski is also very good at his job and kept me informed every step of the way. Great Service Department I brought my 2010 Explorer in to resolve an issue related to not having any heat in the passenger compartment and possible transmission issues. I exp I brought my 2010 Explorer in to resolve an issue related to not having any heat in the passenger compartment and possible transmission issues. I explained the problem to Ken, he wrote up the service order and reviewed it with me to see if he had addressed all of my concerns, Once the problem was diagnosed, Ken followed through with the Continued Service Plan people to get the service that was covered by warranty authorized right away so that the car could be fixed as soon as possible. Ken kept me updated throughout the entire process. He is a great example of the commitment to customer service by the employees of All American Ford. More
