We just bought a new Tarus from All American Ford and had fun doing it! We were greeted by the General Manager Art Lieberman shortly after arriving at the dealership. He was friendly, attentive and made sure we were being taken care of throughout. Art introduced us to our salesman, Joe Caragulla, who was a hoot to work with. We never felt pressured or hurried. Joe took time to answer all of our questions, address all of our concerns and he showed us how everything worked. Art made sure that we were getting a good deal. He even did the math to help us decide whether to take the rebate from Ford, or to use the low APR financing. The 2011 Tarus is an awesome car, and All American has a super friendly staff. The owner even took time to say hello and offer his assistance. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family! More

What was interesting about this as well is that I had heard this said about this dealership for a few years, from people who have been loyal customers. The common thread were the praises they gave to the exceptional sales and service that is offered from the people who work there. I then realized that it was definitely the right place for me to visit. From the moment I arrived I knew that this was not an ordinary dealership. Everyone was friendly and extremely nice. Even the environment felt inviting and relaxing. I had never felt quite that way when I visited a dealership before. This was from start to finish a totally stress-free experience. I was introduced to, and spoke with, the general manager, Arthur Lieberman, who immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. Mr. Lieberman then introduced me to my sales person, Gabe Cabrera, who then worked through the entire process with me with, what I can only say, was an outstanding level of concern and care for meeting my needs. I honestly cannot say enough about the wonderful way Gabe worked with me. The best way I can describe the entire experience with All-American Ford is that I not only drove away with the car that I wanted, but I have found for myself and for my entire family of five drivers (and that's just my immediate family) the only dealership we will ever do our business with from now on. I signed a my second lease with All American Ford on March 29th 2010. I've gone to Tom both times! He's great, very professional and takes the time out to go through all the options with you.
