After going to another dealer and feeling as if we had gone to a circus ..it was great to walk into All American.. Eddie listen and knew we did not want to be going in circles with pricing.. we told him what we wanted and what price he was able to find it and we were set... until the snow came and the power went out for 3 days so the car he was going to get for us was no longer available but the dealership worked and found us another car but with a little bit more equipment but since we had settled on a price we were given the car at the price on the 1st car.. we did have to wait a little longer but it was worth it the car is great and I would recommend this dealership and Eddie. More
Very good experience. I leased my first car from Ford in 2009. It was the Fusion which I loved very much. This week I leased Fusion 2012. Larry my sales rep. was very patient with me especially when it came to choosing the color. You see, my 2009 Fusion was ink blue metallic which I really, really liked and wanted in the 2012. Was told the color was no longer offered. I got the Slate Grey which it nice but wish they will bring back the ink blue metallic. Hopefully, when I have to return this car, the color will be back. Once again, it was a very good experience! More

Larry was the most patient, informative, and customer-friendly salesman I have ever encountered in an automobile dealership. He was very thorough an I have never been as happy with any of my pr customer-friendly salesman I have ever encountered in an automobile dealership. I got a great car (Escape), at a great price. I highly recommend Larry and All American. They certainly know the right way to do things. More
From the front door greeting to the drive away with the new car, this is the first dealership I cannot find fault with regarding the Sale. Going from a Lexus to a Ford to some may be a downgrade but my Fo new car, this is the first dealership I cannot find fault with regarding the Sale. Going from a Lexus to a Ford to some may be a downgrade but my Ford Fushion SEL is more to like then the Lexus. Adam was polite, direct, meant what he said, no need to bargin no curtain with private conversations, price was right the first time. All credits from Ford given. Joe Fisher introduced himself and the experience continued. Patrick Ferry completed the sale with the Finance Manager. Daniel Lindsy was through,knowledgeable and complete showing the bells and whistle including Sync. I have already preped three customers to come in between Nov and Jan. My husband and I went in to All American Ford in Hackensack NJ with a TrueCar.com certificate which they honored. After much negotiating we placed a $500 deposit on a Ford Explorer XLT which we cus Hackensack NJ with a TrueCar.com certificate which they honored. After much negotiating we placed a $500 deposit on a Ford Explorer XLT which we custom built and ordered. Before leaving we asked the salesmen what would happen if we got a lower quote on Truecar.com and were told they would honor it. After 6 weeks we went to pick it up and brought a $549 lower Truecar.com quote which they refused to honor. A few minutes in, they lost power no heat or lights etc. We then spent 6 grueling hours freezing in the dark trying to finalize this purchase. As the paperwork was being drawn up we were told we were getting a $1,000 incentive which they said had already been factored in to the negotiated price something that was never disclosed at the time of negotiating. then we presented a $1,000 cash incentive from Ford that stated it was above and beyond any other rebates which they then said was the same rebate they had already factored in. Next the sale price was not matching up and we were told that it wouldnt affect us and it was not a big deal. As i sat with the finance guy i had to listen to salesmen in the next booth complain about how cheap the dealership was using the F word and complaining that they had no backup generator and wouldnt be sent home. As we were about to sign we had more questions on the numbers as there were discrepencies. During our 2nd conversation with the GM Joe Fisher he stood up said "ou know what I am not going to answer any more questions and i am not going to sell you this car, i think you should leave" he then refused to give us our $500 deposit stating we forfeited it. After I broke into tears and threatened to call the police he hand wrote a reciept. To add further insult to injury they refused to re-install our baby's car seat which they had removed to put in the new car so we were left to try and reinstall it in the middle of a snow storm. it was the most horrifying experience in my 20 years of car ownership. I have made multiple attempts to reach the owner Steve Selman to no avail. More
I just leased my 5th vehichle from this dealership in the last 12 or so years. Never a hassel, never a problem. Great prices, friendly dealers, awesome selection. I'm am a 100% disabled Air force Veteran. I needed to purchase a bigger vehicle because I now require a hover round. These individuals made the experience very easy and enjoyable.
