He then took me over to the sales managers Anthony and Nelson who worked with me to make sure I was getting the best possible price. The finance manager Jesus went over the entire finance process making it simple for me to understand. They were all so knowledgeable and helpful. They went the extra mile to make sure every aspect of my deal was right. Not only do I highly recommend this dealership but I will return for my next car. More

Worst experience I've ever encountered I attempted to return my vehicle and not purchase another Ford which is apparently not appreciated by this dealership. I did not have an appointment I attempted to return my vehicle and not purchase another Ford which is apparently not appreciated by this dealership. I did not have an appointment on this particular Saturday as I had never needed one previously and I have leased 3 vehicles from the dealership. I never had a very good experience there but it was just easier to continue a lease as other non-Ford dealerships do not want your car. I am over on miles and told the salesman that driving back to my home would just cost me additional monies but, if I bought another Ford, I'm sure they would have taken the vehicle in a New York minute. This dealership employs unaccommodating,bully tactics that are very unprofessional. When I had my mechanic drive my Escape, he advised me that with only 40,000 miles, it was not a car to purchase as he found many of the problem complaints of an Escape - transition is not smooth and it surges between gears, cool gadgets but the recalls alone should tell you something. Stay away from Ford and especially this dealership. More
