3 years ago i was in need of buying out a lease on an old explorer sport. I was desperate and in need, and they manipulated me into an awul deal. Fastforward 3 years later, i am stuck paying $600 a month, explorer sport. I was desperate and in need, and they manipulated me into an awul deal. Last year i went to all american ford looking for a new car. they said "we cant help you whoever sold you this car gave you an awful deal". Have had several issues with the service department, having to return to fix previous repairs and also having issues with them not calling or calling back, pretty consistently and on multiple occasions. having to return to fix previous repairs and also having issues with them not calling or calling back, pretty consistently and on multiple occasions. I tried to escalate to the service manager and left a message as well, and I did not get called back. They give the impression that they do not care about fixing the vehicles or providing good service, but just processing things and getting you out of the door. More
Would love to recommend All American, but the service on my Transit van has been a disappointment. Several reoccurring issues with drive shaft and keypad on door have claimed to be fixed but never are. Not my Transit van has been a disappointment. Either way, I politely brought it to their attention, but never got a response. They are a large operation, so may be a personnel issue. I do get lots of emails offering deals on service though, but will likely go somewhere else. Hope they fix the problem; they are actually very nice and also very conveniently located. More
