Bad News Let me start at the beginning. The plastic rails on the bed of the new truck had damage prior to the sale. As part of the sale agreement, the dealers Let me start at the beginning. The plastic rails on the bed of the new truck had damage prior to the sale. As part of the sale agreement, the dealership agreed to replace them with new ones. When it was time to replace the rails, I saw the mechanic take the parts from a plated dealer truck and install them on mine. The truck came out and the snaps were not holding it down. These were not the new parts agreed upon. I told them I was not happy with what they did so they ordered new ones. When the new rails were installed, they scratched the driver’s side rear bed quarter panel. I let them know and they said they would buff it out (which they did, somewhat unsuccessfully). Ever since then, I would send the truck in for oil changes and would receive it back with a new scratch somewhere. Each time I let them know just to try to help them make their service better. The scratches were light but there. My last service was an oil change and an install of a trailer brake switch. I received the truck with multiple large scratches on the top of the passenger side fender. The service person took photographs and said the manager would call me as soon as possible. The call never came. About a week or so later, I completed the service review that was sent to me via email. I stated to them that I was not happy and recounted the issue of the scratched fender and that the manager did not contact me. The very next day, the dealership called and said they had a loaner truck for me and that they would fix all of the scratches. I scheduled it with them and dropped the truck off to get repaired. Instead of a truck, I received a loaner SUV. They took the truck and said it would probably be sent to Old Bridge All American Ford and implied it would be transported there via flat bed. They also assured me that the work would be completed before the end of the week and that they would call with the status of the truck repair. I never received calls. I called that Friday and they said the truck was not ready. On the following Thursday, I called Ford and was told it would arrive on a flatbed at the end of the day. At approx. 5:00pm that same day, I went to pick up my F150. They fixed all of the scratches; however, there were 100+ miles added on to the truck mileage during this service They used all my 1/2 a tank of gas and left me with hardly any gas left in the tank, which I thought was odd. On the ride home, I noticed a clunky feeling in the drive train every so often that was not there before. When I arrived home, I noticed that a green liquid was leaking onto my driveway so I opened the bed of the truck and found that the bed of the truck had: - a green liquid in it; -gobs of grease everywhere; -some kind of white chemical in the rear corner of the bed; -dirt drag marks the length of the bed and tailgate; -a rip in my LineX Liner on the tailgate; -a dent in the driver’s side wheelwell inside the bed; and -damage on the plastic tailgate top rail. They left wax and some kind if oily residue everywhere. The wax was covering all new pit chips in the paint that were not on the truck when I had dropped it off. Inside the engine compartment, there is some kind of white wax spattered under the hood. It is important to note that I do not use my truck as a construction work vehicle. I have handicapped plates on my vehicle. I find Ford trucks to be comfortable and was originally happy with the purchase of my Ford truck. I immediately went back to the dealer and the General Manager took pictures of the damage. At that point, Manager said he would call me the next day with a resolution. I never received the call. The service person called me with no knowledge of the conversation I had with the manager and had to contact him to call me. The manager offered me a deal to put me in something new and “put this behind us.” The following day, The Manager presented us with a car sale at MSRP with a 28K trade-in value for my truck and new payments of $682 a month or lease at $397/month. This was no deal of a Lifetime, this was a regular sale at my expense. After we declined the sale The Manager proceeded to act in an unprofessional manner, insulting my vehicle. He referred to my 2017 truck that has 8400 miles on it as “old and used,” yet aside from the recent damage incurred by the All American Ford dealerships in Point Pleasant and Old Bridge, is in perfect condition. During the visit, we had multiple people at the dealership mention that they had watched long surveillance video footage that showed the employee damaging my vehicle. I was told that this employee was fired, but have not seen the footage (and found it troubling that it seemed everyone at the dealership knew what had happened to my vehicle….yet I do not know what those chemicals were that I found in the bed of my truck, what was dragged across the bed of my truck, what led to my LineX liner getting gouged, etc.). I am also concerned that someone drove my truck, with my handicapped plates, 100 miles to undisclosed locations and potentially used it to do some type of (illegal?) work or transporting of materials. At this point The Managers attutude changed and he began to upset my wife with comments of " This problem is not All Americans problem its Our Problem and then ripped up a deal in her face. Along with that after upsetting my wife Comments came such as "We will wash out the bed of my truck and send me on my way". In the end of this conversation, it was obvious There was no deal with " All American Ford The Family Business ".The final offer was to have a Chance to resolve the issue by fixing my truck and refunding my last service with them. This was the same line used about fixing the all the scratches. So I am suppose to trust someone who damaged my Truck multiple times and then tried to sell me a deal of a lifetime that was no deal just another benefit with Profit for them again. I do not trust the All American Ford dealerships in question. I spoke to Ford Corporation to try to get the repairs somewhere else. Ford explained that they can not do anything. Private Ford Companies have to resolve there own problems. Ford advised me to resolve it by letting All America Ford repair the truck. More

Fair price and no aggravation. I have been looking for a new f150 for about 6 months. And have spent more time than needed, arguing price in dealers with sales people. So i decided I have been looking for a new f150 for about 6 months. And have spent more time than needed, arguing price in dealers with sales people. So i decided to use the internet and save time. After wasting an average of 2-3 hours at each one in the last week alone. I filled out the online request for info. with multiple dealers in my area on their websites. I gave each person that contacted me a specific list of options, on the truck i was looking for. Knowing the rebates from the factory and discounts from memorial day sales would help. Amanda Hoffman. Internet sales manager at All American Ford in Point Pleasant, was the most straight forward. She sent me links to 3 trucks that fit my needs. She sent window stickers payment options and approx. value of my trade. It only took about an hour to work out the details and leave a deposit. Picking up my truck the next day took just over an hour including all paperwork. Without any aggravation. Thank you for making buying a new vehicle more enjoyable. More

Be careful and ask MANY questions Places like this give used car salesmen a bad name. I called and spoke with a salesman about a vehicle I was interested in. He informed me the price Places like this give used car salesmen a bad name. I called and spoke with a salesman about a vehicle I was interested in. He informed me the price advertised didn't include (among other things) the $340 "restoration fee" (which is also taxable) nor the $359 documentation fee(also taxable). Since he appeared to be in a rush not to explain what the restoration fee was, I questioned it. He replied that it's the fee to clean the car and make it presentable. Seriously? Isn't that part of the dealership's responsibility rather than gouging a potential buyer? So along with that fee and all the other costs, the $7,400 car I was interested in turned into an $8,800 out- the- door price tag. Quite a difference and quite disgraceful. Needless to say, I had no intentions of purchasing from them. Judge for yourself. There oughta be a law. More

We were specifically looking for a certified car so we felt that we would have some sort of guarantee we were buying a good car. I called the dealership to verify they still had the vehicle. They confirmed they did and told me that Barry would be expecting us. When we pulled up, the car was already up front waiting for us and Barry walked out just as we were exiting our vehicle. Barry was wonderful! He told my son to start the car and personalize his settings while he got the temp plates. Once he returned, he went through all of the features with my son and treated him with respect. Barry was very fair in explaining the pricing, motor vehicle fees, etc. and we felt that we could trust him. He was not a high pressure car salesman and was honest throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend asking for Barry if shopping at this dealership! More
