Disappointed in overall experience. Previous service had to be redone. Instructed verbally and in writing to check if regular maintenance was due and received text after car was returned that maintenance is to be redone. Agreed with service manager that they would leave keys in truck and went to pick truck up after hours and keys were not left as directed. Had to return another day to pick up vehicle.
