Service is horrible. They don’t follow through with what they say! As usual, All American Ford Service Team is cordial, friendly, timely and efficient. They schedule me in early, let me set up my PC and stay in touch with my employer from the waiting room, and keep me friendly, timely and efficient. Absolutely worst experience by FAR! Vehicle purchased - 2017 Ford F-150- was first not certified as it claimed to be online- was told I had to pay an extra $500 to get it certified- I traded in a perfectly 2017 Ford F-150- was first not certified as it claimed to be online- was told I had to pay an extra $500 to get it certified- I traded in a perfectly well maintained 2011 keep wrangler w/ no issues!! After 1day of purchasing/taking home new vehicle- there was two oil leaks on my concrete driveway way- also the salesman saw the check engine light on during test drive and told me n my wife - we’ll just reset the code- After 7days of service having my new truck/ then taking truck home/ the check engine light on again the next day!!! - I have brought it back again and it is still in service for 2days now- same code error! I’m paying for a vehicle that I have driven for 2days out of 10- totally unacceptable- More

I honestly don't think you want my reviewMy buying I honestly don't think you want my review My buying experience started at Motor Trend, with Dave Murray, unfortunately my experience was terrible I honestly don't think you want my review My buying experience started at Motor Trend, with Dave Murray, unfortunately my experience was terrible I potentially signed, and left a deposit on Monday the 12th, and had a delivery date set for Saturday I was told countless stories about my credit, no financing, needed a co-signer All of which was not true I tried to move my delivery to Friday, because of the weather, which I was told was not an issue, and works better for them as well That never happened, I was told a bunch of xx Finally, I had enough of the lies I just wanted my deposit back, I was told at Motor Trend that they could not refund it on Saturday I went directly to All American Ford in Point Pleasant and demanded my deposit, where I met sales manager Steve who was THE ONLY stand up guy I spoke to He was able to eventually squeeze me in on Saturday, with no financing issues, no co-signer He stated that they were having a F&I personnel issue, I understand that Steve was very good to me and got me my vehicle when promised, saved me a bit of $ as well, which never would have happened without me demanding my deposit They also misplaced my second set of keys before delivery, which wasn't addressed til the following Wednesday, after countless calls and stopping in Monday and Tuesday Fortunately they found my keys Wednesday Unfortunately it was quite an unpleasant buying experience to say the least I don't like being jerked around or lied to Again I was happy with sales manager Steve, and Ahmad was very nice trying to keep me as calm as possible while dealing with all the issues At least I really like my new vehicle after all that More

The dealership was clean, professional and friendly. I walked in for a service visit and left with an upgraded year car with lower mileage and significantly lower monthly payments.
