No friendly at all I went to this dealership over a month ago and they were very pushy and not friendly. They were giving me the wrong information about things that i verified with the Ford corporate office. I am still dealing with the dealership to get my plates and it has been over a month. They messed up with the taxes and registation of my vechicle too. I mean they do this for a living right? how can you keep messing things up. When i was there they kept my ID by accident and i couldnt get it back for nearly 2 days. I just feel they have never heard of customer service. More

This is hands down the worst buying experience I have ever had. A sheer nightmare. I went there, spoke with the salesman, put down a deposit, and then for some reason I could not get a hold of him again. ever had. A sheer nightmare. They never even returned my deposit like they said they would. This place is not only shady, but thieves. Stay away from this dealership, especially this salesperson. They also ran my credit 6 times even though I wasn't financing the vehicle! Why he did that is beyond me. So now I'm out a couple hundred dollars. Save yourself the trip and headache. Stay away, far away. Don't believe their old school sales tactics. More

My wife and I just bought our 4th car here. I have walked out of Downs Ford 2 different times when they changed the monthly payment of 2 cars we were looking at. [the last time we were there 3 hours before t out of Downs Ford 2 different times when they changed the monthly payment of 2 cars we were looking at. [the last time we were there 3 hours before the 'change'!!] I should of learned the 1st time. I have driven to Freehold Ford, Haldeman Ford, and Rittenhouse Ford and they all tried to meet my $$ goals but only Weisleder made it happen. We bought a Mazda 3, a Mercury Mariner, a Lincoln Mark LT truck, and now a Ford Fusion. Next year when my wife will get her new vehicle there will only be 1 place i will head to, Weisleder. Everyone there are friendly and helpful. It made car buying a pleasure. PLUS THE PRICE THEY QUOTE WILL BE THE PRICE YOU PAY--NOT LIKE DOWNS!!! More
