Once again, JJ and All American Paramus took care of me! This is my third time back at All American Ford Paramus to see JJ for a new car and there is a reason I keep coming back! JJ always listens to what I This is my third time back at All American Ford Paramus to see JJ for a new car and there is a reason I keep coming back! JJ always listens to what I want and doesn't try to make me get into something that I do not want like they basically do at every other dealership. JJ is honest, respectful, and always makes it a fun low pressure car buying experience. This time around I was very undecided, JJ helped me get into a beautiful 2017 Explorer Sport which I highly recommend! He took the time to show me the different models and features and even down to choosing the color at the very end (I can be very indecisive) he was patient and still made it a fun and comfortable purchase which doesn't often happen when you go to buy a car. Thank you JJ for everything that you do you are the best! Overall the dealership and staff are great I have been coming here for years for this reason from sales to service to finance to general management they are very fair and they do not take advantage like most places do. All American Paramus is the place to go if you are looking for a new Ford! Ask for JJ! More

JJ saved the Day! A++++++++ After some frustration with another dealer and my lease winding down a friend suggested JJ...well I owe that friend a drink. From start to finish JJ was efficient and took care of everything. Our deal was finalized before I even set foot in the door and all paperwork was set and ready to go. It was my quickest experience to date in leasing a vehicle. After getting me some coffee and bagels he introduced me to all the heads of various departments and got me their business card just in case I needed something if he wasnt around. He also followed up a couple days later to make sure I was happy with my suv (!). At one point in the process I asked him a question and he leaned in and said 'You're with JJ know, dont worry about anything'...and he was right and I hope to get my next vehicle from him. Highly recommended...best experience in getting a new vehicle to date! More

Well, that didn't last very long and when we decided to look to purchase a used Escape, we tracked J J down. As usual, he went the extra mile for us to find the PERFECT vehicle. He spent the time and effort to join our quest to get behind the wheel of a car that first day. We ended up with a low mileage 4WD Titanium Escape. I ALWAYS recommend Ford to friends and family and, OF COURSE, none other than JJ to deal with. Here's hoping he had a GREAT Thanksgiving among family and friends ! More
