Larry Gerstein was very helpful from the minute I walked through the door. After shopping at other dealerships, I found All American to be refreshing. He was straight and to the point. I told him I wanted the Ford Explorer XLT with a particular list of what it had to have in it. I also told him the price range I wanted to be in per month. Not only did Larry produce the exact truck I wanted, but I paid exactly what I wanted to. I would highly recommend this dealership if you don't want to go through the typical hassles that pop up when buying a car. Ask for Larry. He'll sell you the car, and then follow up with you to make sure you love it!! More
Visiting car dealerships have never been our favorite thing to do. We usually end up leaving a dealership feeling cheated in some way or just dissatisfied. That was not the case at All American Ford. From the moment we walked in David was exceptional with his service. He was very knowledgable about the cars we were interested in (Ford Fusions). He was able to answer all our questions in regards to the different styles of Fusions. From there he took us on a test drive. After the test drive we sat down together, and David was able to get us the price we were looking for on the car. He did everything for us that was necessary to complete our transaction of leasing the car. Before we left David was very thorough in showing us all the perks the car had to offer including the Sync system. We appreciate David's exceptional ability in doing his job. :) More

I purchased a 2008 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer on Nov. 23, 2011 for the price it was being advertised for on their web-site. The truck was certified pre-owned and I also purchased the extended warranty packa 2011 for the price it was being advertised for on their web-site. The truck was certified pre-owned and I also purchased the extended warranty package. During my test test and inspection the only problem that I saw was the truck had no antennae. The Salesman took care of this before I left the lot. it was an overcast day and began to rain when i got home. At home I was putting my personal items in the car. When i pulled down the sunvisor on the driver's side to hook up my garage remote, the vanity mirror cover hit me in the head, it was broken. When I put items in the glove box i noticed that i didn't have the car manual. That evening the Salesman called and i informed him of this. The next day the sun was out and I had a passenger in the front seat, when they put down the sunvisor the vanity mirror cover hit her in the head. Later that day i tried to get the back seat up as the truck has the 3rd row seating and that didn't work. I called the salesman on Nov 25th and informed him of this. He said he would get back to me. after repeated calls by me and numerous e-mails to him and the owner's son, i was informed that since i purchased the truck at the wholesale price, that i was not covered for these repairs. they said they could do the repairs for me at cost (parts only) and until this day i have not heard back from them on what the cost would be. today is Jan. 26, 2012. so it is a good bet that eventough the purchasing side of buying this tuck was very good, it is a good bet that i won't be bringing my vehicle back to them for service or to recommend them to anyone to buy a used car or truck. More
Salesman was fine, however, the 2012 Explorer I purchased did not have the NEW My Touch upgrade installed which I was told was installed before purchase. In House Tech Support did not have all the answers t did not have the NEW My Touch upgrade installed which I was told was installed before purchase. In House Tech Support did not have all the answers to questions regarding the My Touch System after a week of purchase. Warranty Dept lacks responsiveness. More

We went in to look to replace a vehicle that is under a lease for the next few months still and is way over on it's miles and came out with a brand new explorer. David and everyone at All American Ford of lease for the next few months still and is way over on it's miles and came out with a brand new explorer. David and everyone at All American Ford of Old Bridge would always greet you every time you set foot in the door. David looked all over for the specific explorer we wanted and within a short period of time he was able to find the only one that was in the area but it was 4 hours away. So David drove to go get the vehicle and brought it back and that same day we signed the papers and we had our new vehicle. Everyone at this dealership is fantastic. David went above and beyond to satisfy us as a customer and it was more than greatly appreciated because I know that we would not have gotten such a high level of service from anyone else anywhere! Keep up the great work! More
