All American Ford in Old Bridge

We went to All American Ford of Old Bridge to "look" at the Ford Edge. We were met by Bill Barton. He welcomed us to the dealership and right away explained the differences between the Edge and "look" at the Ford Edge. We were met by Bill Barton. Bill took us for a test drive and explained all of the "bells and whistles" that the model that we had chosen contained. He is very knowledgeable and great at explaining the mechanics of the vehicle as well as other options that we might be interested in. We walked out of the dealership this evening with a new car and was very pleased with the price, the amount given as a trade and the overall experience. When we arrived, our car was conveniently brought to the front door of the large facility (which was also very clean and friendly feeling). We met with Larry at the dealership and he walked us through the process and the numbers matched up with what was discussed on the phone. It was very friendly and Larry was very clear and helpful. We then met with Charles Holder, who sat down with us and discussed aftermarket packages (we weren't interested, but he was still very friendly). A gentleman named Dan (sorry i do not remember his last name) helped us get acquainted with the Sync system, and was very helpful. The car was detailed and another John (again, sorry I do not recall his last name) assisted us with the financing. After looking up some more information, he was able to get us a lower interest rate, a $500 rebate, and a GAP. The car was fantastic, and had all the features and the color combinations that we were searching for (difficult combination), and all the service was friendly and great. From finding the car online to driving off the lot, the whole process took about about half a day. Excellent process. More

After we purchased the Explorer, he called us a few times to follow up and insure that everything was okay! We then contacted him once again, requesting for him to find a 2012 Mustang GT with once again, very strict specifications, that was incredibly difficult to locate.
