I had an appointment for an oil change at 9am. I dropped off my vehicle and was told that I would be called when it was ready. I never received a call and ended up stopping by in the afternoon whi I dropped off my vehicle and was told that I would be called when it was ready. I never received a call and ended up stopping by in the afternoon while I was driving to my other job. The young man told me that my vehicle was ready, however no one called me and I had no way to drive both vehicles. I had also called prior and spoke to someone about the lagging of the vehicle when it hits 35 mph. I was told that it was likely the air filters needed changed, however the young man said that my filters were all good. I then asked if they checked why my vehicle seems like it is going to die on me while driving. I was told that I would have to come back another day for the "transmission guy" to check it out. This is after they had already had my vehicle all day. To me, it seems like they want to wait until my vehicle no longer is covered under warranty and then they can tell me what is wrong. This is a $87,000 vehicle that was purchased in May 2023. I then went on to purchase a truck there for $105,000 in September 2023. It seems like I have had nothing but problems with these Chevy vehicles and service. More
