I made the appointment and included having my Camaro convertible top repaired. When I got there I was told that would have to be a separate trip. This could have been told to me Beforehand so I didn’t convertible top repaired. When I got there I was told that would have to be a separate trip. This could have been told to me Beforehand so I didn’t have to take off a day of work. Then I asked for my car remote to be reset since I replaced the battery and was told I would have to pay for a diagnostic. I then gave my extended car warranty plan as soon as I arrived. When I came back to get my car 2 hours later, I had to wait until the warranty was called in and verified, which should have been done beforehand as has been done at my previous dealership. More
