Had the worse car buying experience. A deal had already been made and agreed to on a 2019 Toyota 4 Runner Limited. I had secured financing and was told that they could possibly find me a better interest rate and as I waited for that rate was informed by salesman that the truck had been sold in the morning but he could help me find something else. I said NO!!! I do not like to do business with people that are dishonest and not genuine. Be cautious especially with Joseph Smith. More

The dealership and personnel worked diligently to meet expectations for me to buy the vehicle. I appreciated their communication skills and updates to keep me informed with the negotiations during the pr expectations for me to buy the vehicle. When we were finished with the process, I bought the vehicle at a fair advertised price. The dealership worked with me to acquire the vehicle since I was from out of town. Overall, the did what they said they would do and were very professional in all aspects. I am a very satisfied customer.
