Had a scheduled service appointment on 3/17/21 at 10 am. I waited in the lobby for 2 hours only to learn they had not even looked at my vehicle. At this point, I was not updated by the advisor. I left the dealership and went home to wait for a call back from Dan, which never happened. I called twice and Dan stated they were looking/working on my vehicle. After calling a third time, I asked to speak with Brian, the supervisor. Brian informed me that they had not even looked at my vehicle and will do so tomorrow morning, on 3/18/21 More
