Were supposed to repair two scratched wheels while doing routine service but the service department failed to notify the company that repairs the wheels. Making matters worse, they arranged for that company routine service but the service department failed to notify the company that repairs the wheels. Making matters worse, they arranged for that company to call me to set up a repair. They did - then that company stood me up again. I won't buy another Alpha after this kind of service. BMW service puts this to shame. More
