He even had a full listing of every available car, which helped us quickly narrow down the trim, color, and mileage we were looking for. Within 30 minutes, Dean had us out on a test drive. Back at the dealership, he made the trade-in process smooth and straightforward. In less than three hours from the time we arrived, we were driving home in our dream “new to us” ID4 xxxxxxAWD—the exact trim and even the color we had hoped for! Farouk Khemakhem - and his cool digital desktop display of the myriad documents made the business end smooth and efficient. We appreciate that!
