I was definitely on the hunt to trade in my current vehicle so I filled out the trade-in estimate on the dealer's website. After submitting it, Dean reached out within 10 min. Dean was very helpful with answering my questions, was willing to show me the various models to compare features and overall just a very patient sales personnel. He made me comfortable to make my own decisions and not place any pressure to leave with a new vehicle. In the end, I did get the new vehicle that I wanted and we made a great deal with the trade-in. This is the 2nd vehicle I've purchased from the dealership and my expectation regarding their services have not changed compared to my first purchase. Dean, you were awesome to work with.
