I went through 2 other dealers trying to get a 2024 Prius Limited AWD. One ordered it and it never came. The second one sold my car, even though I had reserved it. We chose this dealer due to good selection and better pricing than surrounding dealers. Isaac Johnson, our sale associate, we extremely helpful. We had a great experience with Alexandria Toyota. Ted was fantastic. He was very kind, personable, professional and responsive to our every need and reached out to us over the thanksgiving holiday wh Ted was fantastic. When we arrived to pick up the car he had everything ready so things went very smoothly and efficiently. Even after we got the car home I had questions and he answered them in a very timely manner. I had reached out via the website to confirm availability and Ted Yohannes answered my email right The experience was painless from start to finish. I had reached out via the website to confirm availability and Ted Yohannes answered my email right away and was willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. I set an appointment for a few days later. Ted made sure that I was completely happy and when I thought my trade-in was low, Ted went back to get me a higher value.
