I was upfront with Frank and he basically took care of all of my needs. It normally takes a considerable amount of time to look at a car, get an appraisal, and get the price you want to pay. This was a seamless process to include financing. Imad Alkadi treated my family and I like family and got us in and out. It took a little longer to make the reservation than I would have liked. It was easier when we just called in. it was a busy day, but everyone greeted me with kindness and humor.
