5 Stars is not enough for these guys. I've been dealing with them for years and everyone from the sales to service department is great to work with. I just recently brought a 2014 Rav4 for my daughter. I dealt directly with Rocky, Jeff Sulton, and Van and they made my experience exactly what I would expect from a 5-star restaurant. The whole staff is kind and willing to help, I'm always greeted with smiles when I walk through the door. The service department is just as phenomenal. I rarely ever need to drop off my vehicle for any longer than a couple hours. As other reviews stated the wait time can be a little long if they get backed up, but this a dealership! That's what happens when you go to any service department during peak hours. Bottom line: Nowhere you go is going to be perfect, but Jack Taylors is the closest thing to perfection I've ever experienced. Thanks again guys! You've got a loyal customer for life. More

Paul Sonnhalter is an excellent service representative. He is always attentive; insures the work is done on time; gives the fairest price possible; and gives honest advice. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I had been a non Toyota owner for about 20 years, until my wife bought one recently. When my current car and non Toyota dealership was giving me some had been a non Toyota owner for about 20 years, until my wife bought one recently. When my current car and non Toyota dealership was giving me some problems I decided to try to just start fresh with a new car. My first choice was a Toyota. Service Manager George met me at dealership, and listened to my challenge, and more importantly he HEARD me. He directed me to both the best car that would meet my needs/available funds/situation and to C.L. who was an excellent sales guide during the process. Cindy was delightful in helping us wrap up the financial end of the matters. In summary, I felt like I was appreciated, and not someone from whom the organization was just making money from. I am so happy to be back, with this experience, to the Toyota family, and cannot say enough great things about my excellent experiences leasing my latest car from Jack Taylor's Toyota. More
They were extremely helpful on short notice when I could not start my car. I called and Sterian diagnosed the problem and talked me through how to restart car with cables over the phone so I could bring it not start my car. Diagnosis checked out and it was necessary to replace battery, which was done rapidly and efficiently within a short time of my first phone call. All of this done in latter part of afternoon. Was able to schedule my service call on line. When I arrived I was greeted in both a courteous and professional manner. The customer lounge was comfortable and offered wi-fi and snacks. The service took only a couple of hours and my car was in perfect shape when I got it back. More
This is actually about my new car purchase experience and my first 2 service visits. All has been very positive. 1. Buying experience: I'm tall. I don't fit into a Camry with a moon roof. But I wan my first 2 service visits. All has been very positive. 1. Buying experience: I'm tall. I don't fit into a Camry with a moon roof. But I wanted a 2013 Camry Hybrid XLE without a moonroof. That is a valid combination offered by Toyota, but you just don't see them on any lot anywhere. A dealer would have to special request this from the factory for me. Fine. I contacted a number of dealerships and no one wanted to bother with it. They simply blew me off, telling me that it would take 8 months and/or Toyota won't accept a special request - or they tried to sell me something else - that I didn't want. Then I contacted George Jermstad at Jack Taylor Alexandria Toyota. He confirmed that the car would have to be special requested from the factory (Georgetown, KY), and there was no guarantee Toyota would accept the request, but he would try for me. It would likely take up to 90 days. Fine. I signed the contract and he placed the order - which Toyota accepted and I had my special requested car 5 weeks later. George was excellent to work with through this entire process. 2. Service experience: My new Camry came with the standard navigation system. Compared to my $134 Garmin unit, the Camry navigation system is just plain awful! It gives completely wrong verbal instructions and is generally far inferior to the Garmin unit. I contacted Toyota via the website and they blew me off several times, finally telling me to go through my dealership. So I did. Even though they have nothing to do with how well the navigation system works or doesn't work, Alexandria Toyota has dilligently and patiently worked with me on this. Without going into great detail, Alexandria Toyota went the extra mile and then some in trying to help me resolve the navigation system issues. My gripe is with Toyota for the terrible design of the navigation system and not at all with Alexandria Toyota. At this point, I seriously doubt that Toyota will ever make the necessary substantial improvements needed and I'm resolved to continue using my Garmin unit stuck on the windshield. But I greatly appreciate how much Alexandria Toyota genuinely tried to help me with this - unlike Toyota corporate who simply blew me off. The individual most helpful in all of this, plus with the routine service of my new car, is the assistant service manager, Roy Krebs. I can't say enough good things about Roy. He's simply excellent to work with. Other service experience: When you drive into the service reception area, you're immediately greeted by cordial, respectful staff who take care of the necessary paperwork and get you on your way in a very timely manner. So far, I've had 2 services on my new car, both covered as part of the 2 year free service, so I can't comment on price. Each experience has been very positive with the work done on time and my car returned to me with a free car wash to boot. One final comment - lest you wonder if I'm a real customer or not... I bought my 97 Camry at Ourisman Fairfax Toyota - and I had nothing but bad experiences with them including lying to me and trying to rip me off. I'll never go back there. One last final comment. There are about 6 Toyota dealers closer to my house than Jack Taylor Alexandria Toyota. The extra drive is so worth it. Dave Roycraft Burke, VA More
I called and talked with a Thomas Perrell who was very courteous and when I arrived the next day he made me feel like a VIP.
