13 Years of Great sales and Service I have purchased 3 cars from Jack Taylor ( Alexandria Toyota ) over the past 13 years. I will only take my cars to Alex Toyota for service because I I have purchased 3 cars from Jack Taylor ( Alexandria Toyota ) over the past 13 years. I will only take my cars to Alex Toyota for service because I know they will service my vehicles well. I only live 5 minutes from a Toyota dealer and it takes me 45 to 50 minutes to get to them but I only allow Alexandria Toyota to service my cars. If Alexandria Toyota gets it wrong, they make it right immediately with no time lost for me. Honestly, I cannot remember when I felt that I was not being taken care of. The great thing about this dealership is that the service teams are constant. They have pretty much had the same teams since I started using them and they are very professional too. Great Customer Service Everyone at the dealership made us feel welcome from the time we entered your dealership until we left. We weren't pressured into buying any Sienna that we didn't want too. We were given ample time to make our selection. We were also permitted to look at other vans with different options as well. Mike & Gary were wonderfully kind & patient sales managers. Gary even took the time to see if my old phone contacts would transfer into our new van. He was very kind & patient about this giving the amount of time he had already given. When speaking to Darrin, the finance manager, he was equally kind & generous with his time. He was friendly & showed a lot of patience with us too. We felt like we had known him for years instead of hours. The same goes for Gary & Mike.
