I just bought a 2023 Sienna. They estimated that the wait would be 8-12 months when I put my name on the list. It was just over 4 months and there was no dealer adjustment. I bought a car there last month. Went in there to put a deposit on a corolla. This clown show is now adding a disguised market adjustment over MSRP. Other dealerships charge a market adjustment and then give you free "packages". This place tells you no market adjustment then tells you that you have to buy an Auto Armor Package. The other weird thing is that they have to make sure they can sell to you based on what part of Alexandria. I guess based on skin color? No idea why I needed to get the OK to talk about buying a car. They charged me $140 after the "check engine" light came on, telling me that the charge would apply to my repair bill. Then they refused to apply it. With the chip shortage they can't get enough cars to sel on, telling me that the charge would apply to my repair bill. Then they refused to apply it. This is our third new vehicle working with Eric Watt. Obviously we are happy with Eric. He has been straightforward, execution-oriented and pleasant to deal with consistently over time. In short we trust him. Given pandemic-related supply issues, accessing our choice of a particular model of the various Highlander Hybrid's potentially available has been more complicated at this particular time. I searched on TruCars. com for a 2022 4Runner and immediately received a response from Kenney Rogers. He mentioned that he had one arriving in several weeks and that if I wa com for a 2022 4Runner and immediately received a response from Kenney Rogers. He mentioned that he had one arriving in several weeks and that if I wanted it then I should place a reserve on it immediately. Kenney kept me updated regularly on the vehicle's status and when it arrived he contacted to let me know it was in. I appreciate that he picked me up at my office which is in the Pentagon City area and that I was able to drive my new 4Runner home that same day. I plan to buy again from him a Rav4 for my wife when I am are ready to make this future purchase. Thank you. More
