The actual service experience at the dealership was very good. But even after making my appointment online I was hectored by texts demanding I make a service appointment. I enjoyed dealing with Yared Manalebih, the sales manager. I never had trouble talking with him. If he was busy when I called, he quickly returned my call or replied by a text message.
