The actual service experience at the dealership was very good. But even after making my appointment online I was hectored by texts demanding I make a service appointment. I had to call the dealer to get them to stop. Another example of business using technology negligently with the result customers have a bad taste even if, as here, the product (actual service) is fine. One also wonders if Jack Taylor can”r handle text alerts, can they be relied upon to handle the computers under the hood? I believe the guys in the service bay do a good job and are poorly represented on the promotion side. Fix it. More

I enjoyed dealing with Yared Manalebih, the sales manager. I never had trouble talking with him. If he was busy when I called, he quickly returned my call or replied by a text message. I bought the car with a buying service, but Yared always treated me well and didn't try to sell me any extras. He told me when the car arrived at the port and let me know when he expected it at the dealership. Once it arrived, Sam DeMissie took my information and helped me set up the car to drive away. Sam was very helpful, answered all my questions about the car, and installed the license plates when they came in a few days later. All in all, I had a very good experience with Alexandria Toyota.
