She is warm and accommodating, as well as efficient, quite a pleasure to deal with. When she is not available, her colleagues like Regina pick up the mantle and do a wonderful job. Last but not least, Eric has sold us numerous cars, and is the exact opposite of a car salesman. He is a consultant who listens to what we want and offers us multiple options, patiently explaining the pros and cons of each (every decision is a trade-off, there is no such thing as perfection!) He is so amazing to work with when we want to buy a car, that we refuse to even consider another brand. More
