He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely focused on making the process easy rather than trying to “sell” me. There was zero pressure at any point, which is rare in this industry. Ali Alkadi, the manager on the deal, was equally outstanding. Everything was straightforward, fair, and handled with integrity. No games, no last-minute surprises—just a clean, honest deal. Stewart Cromwell in finance made what is usually the most stressful part of buying a car simple and efficient. He was clear, respectful of my time, and easy to work with.
