Horrible sales service, i bought a used truck with 11,000 thousand miles on a Friday night, the next morning I did a walk around and notice all four tires are cracked on the sidewalls. Passenger front tire had a 2” gouged, I could not believe the dealership ship sold me the truck with damaged tires, totally unsafe. I immediately called the salesman and told him, sent him pictures, he told me to go in on Monday because his manager wasn’t there at the time. Long story short I went back Monday, they had me waiting for an hour to tell me that they weren’t gonna replace my tires, I could not believe it. Service manager came out and I asked him if they did an inspection on the tires, and he showed me the technicians report, all they inspected was the tire depth. Poor safety inspection, totally unprofessional. Now salesman won’t answer my calls, these people don’t care about their customers, this is bad business. I will not recommend this place to no one, be aware people! More

Unprofessional. The car lease process was fine, just what you would expect from any dealership. I leased an Acadia while returning a 3 yr. lease on an older Acadia. When I transferred the car, Alexander GMC provided me with a letter releasing me from any liabilities once I return the old Acadia. A couple of months after I leased the car, I received a letter from GM financial saying I owe some money due to excess miles (about $300 worth). I called Alexander GMC's finance department and the gentleman who processed the finance transaction, who remembered me, told me they will take care of it. Another couple of months go by and I receive a notice my credit score was significantly reduced due to a small $300 fee owed which was not handled by Alexander GMC. I left two messages and no one is even calling me back. More
Tried to buy a new Buick Enclave from this dealership in simi valley but got the run around by the salesman Dan, I found the same vehicle at Tustin GMC for $1,400.00 less and ask them if they could beat tha simi valley but got the run around by the salesman Dan, I found the same vehicle at Tustin GMC for $1,400.00 less and ask them if they could beat that price but couldn't get an answer out of them just kept getting jerked around, so no I wouldn't recomend buying from them. More

Poor cleanliness, unanswered questions, in service dept I have taken my 2008 GMC 2500 HD to this dealer a few times over the last couple of years for service. I have experienced first hand that they do no I have taken my 2008 GMC 2500 HD to this dealer a few times over the last couple of years for service. I have experienced first hand that they do not use protective seat covers to keep dirt and grease off my seats. I even brought in my own plastic seat covers only to have them missing when I picked up my truck (they don't know what happened to them). I have had a few puzzling repairs made with unusual diagnosis and comments, (defective factory fuel filter, water pump, air bag, window washer fluid heater, etc. and oil change). They even forgot to reset the oil change indicator and rotate my tires. My truck only has 40k miles on it. Just seems strange for a dealer to have these issues. I'm going to try another dealer ASAP. More
