I received a letter from Saturn that there was a recall on my vehicle wherein the PCM needed to be re-programmed and I made an appt. and brought my vehicle in on 3-17-11. From the minute I pulled up to be greeted immediately by the Service Advisor Teodoro and from him I went over to ask a question to the Receptionist Bea Martinez and later with Marisol Jordan who were superb! The Customer Service was extremely efficient, pleasant and a treat to deal with and I must say makes Bunnin for sure. Any question I asked was answered and pleasantly at that. We looked at several of the Lacrosse's and one in particular really got my attention. Moses, was very thorough in going over the vehicle in great detail. The quality of the car and his thoroughness sold me immediatley. My only drawback is that I could not find the rear entertainment system that is advertised on GM's web site. The price was good and the entire team was awesome. Jason was extremeley helpfull also in the delivery of the vehicle to my home. I would and I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy. In fact I have already had several people coment on the Lacrosse who are more than interested in buying.
