Our decision to buy a new car came as a necessity vs. desire to buy due to a car accident that had left our other vehicle totaled. We were a little worried about the entire process of purchasing a new vehicle but from the moment we walked on the lot the experience was pleasant. There was no push to purchase a car we did not want, we experienced excellent customer service from every member (especially Jason Livy and Val Hurt) and Bunnin was able to get us in a great car at a price we are very pleased with. Thank you for making what is normally a unpleasant experience one that was very enjoyable. More

I had a good experience with Amir purchasing my new (second) CTS. Amir was able to take care of and prepare most of everything when I arrived to pick up my CTS. There was confusion on/at the service apt. regarding a due bill (repair of torn leather on back side of driver's seat.). service and service dept was not prepared and didn't inform me. This sounds like "no big deal" but Do to my working in Orange county and living in Camarillo I made special (personal) arrangements to bring my car into Bunnin to have my seat taken care of. This impacted my family as well because I canceled my daughter's Tennis lesson so I could get a ride back home after dropping off my CTS at Binnin. I realize mistakes happen but if the communication was better this simple situation could have been avoided.. As owning both Cadillac and Hummer and experiencing two service depts. (silverstar, and Bunnin) I'd say my overall service experience with silverstar is better. More

Bunnin was the best dealership I have dealt for any of the vehicles I have purchased in the last 40 years. I inquired over the internet and received a prompt quote. Jason Livy went way out of his way to the vehicles I have purchased in the last 40 years. I inquired over the internet and received a prompt quote. Jason Livy went way out of his way to ensure I got the car I wanted at the best price. His quote was more than $500 under the nearest competitor and he personally delivered the car to my house. Jason Cruz completed the financial paper work in less time than any car I have previously purchased. I recommend Bunnin over any other GMC dealership in the LA/Ventura county areas. More

I received a letter from Saturn that there was a recall on my vehicle wherein the PCM needed to be re-programmed and I made an appt. and brought my vehicle in on 3-17-11. Never having service of any kind at that point due to my going in the past to the Ventura Saturn, this was my first visit at Bunnin and it sure beat Ventura Saturn by far!!! From the minute I pulled up to be greeted immediately by the Service Advisor Teodoro and from him I went over to ask a question to the Receptionist Bea Martinez and later with Marisol Jordan who were superb! The Customer Service was extremely efficient, pleasant and a treat to deal with and I must say makes Bunnin for sure. Any question I asked was answered and pleasantly at that. My experience was fantastic and I hope that all three employees will be commended as they all deserve it! Thank you Bunnin for making my day with you smooth and very nice! Judy Haller More
