BUYER BEWARE.. Bought a used vehicle from this dealership in Nov 2014. Website says all used vehicles are thoroughly inspected before being place for sale and I was Bought a used vehicle from this dealership in Nov 2014. Website says all used vehicles are thoroughly inspected before being place for sale and I was also told this by the salesman. Had my car for TWO days and had multiple oil leaks and transmission issues. After several phone calls and messages left with no return calls I had to demand to speak with someone. Told to bring car back and they would look at it. Again...two days later and I had to call to get an update and even this was a battle. Told the vehicle has several issues and would be at least $2,000.00 in repairs and they were not even finished looking at it. They told me they would give me a discount on repairs...on a car i had for TWO days???? I took the car to an independent certified repair facility and their estimate is $3,000.00. It gets better... The registration was all messed up and I still do not have plates. They sold me a car that was still registered to the previous owner in another state. More

I got an email from the dealership and signed up for this free service as it is difficult to learn all the bells and whistles while you're driving and trying to read the manual. I learned in my car, so much more than I could absorb from the manual. And because these are private lessons in your car, Ray spends your time on the features you want to learn, I.e. navigation was important to me but i-pod, not so much. New Car Extravaganza! Peace of Mind. That is what I received when I was introduced to the wonderful 'auto consultant' at Alexander Cadillac. The reason why I use the term Peace of Mind. That is what I received when I was introduced to the wonderful 'auto consultant' at Alexander Cadillac. The reason why I use the term 'auto consultant' is because that is the experience I received, let me explain. There were no uncomfortable and pushy sales tactics typically used by car salesmen. Ray was kind and honest and truly wanted to find exactly the right car for me. He was sincerely interested in what I was looking for, listened and met my needs. I am not one to buy a car on the first trip to the dealership. Ray understood this and did not try to push anything on me when I left the first time. He gave me his card and smiled as he said see you soon. :) After I did my due diligence I found out a Cadillac was the best car for the money and I bought my new 300+ horse power ATS. I am very happy. Oh, one more thing, the finance fellow Justin was also amazing. With the same mantra as Ray the documents were signed and ready to go without any hassles. Well done Alexander Cadillac. More
needed a quote for broken window. I called alexander gmc asked Greg Thoma for a quote to fix a shattered window. Greg qoted me 235. 125 for the window and the rest was labor. He said he was going to check on the parts a d call me back. He called back and said the window was actually 199, the total would be 421 ,but he could do it for 400. We hung up a d then I thought about it. Y did this man raise my labor 100? I called back to ask him about the labor, a d he went completely off. He lied and said he never quoted me that, he was rude, condescending, and made a sexist remark implying I must be having mood swings. I told him to pull the audio since they record their calls. So he c a see what he quoted me. Of course he didn't. I think it pissed him off. It was a Horrible experience. I can't believe this man flipped out because I'm asking for a break down of what he was charging me for. Don't I have rights. I'm really pissed my 2012 acadia has recalls, so I have to go to this place to get this stuff fixed. Greg Thoma cannot be trusted, he will lie like a dog, he's the type of person that will fix your car and charge u more. I've called the gm manager Dennis, and owner Mr Alexander. So we will c what happens. More

Dishonest Inexperienced Dealership!!worst place to buy a car I spoke to so many people from alexander trying to find out over the phone about my registration. It was always we cant see whats going on, screen is I spoke to so many people from alexander trying to find out over the phone about my registration. It was always we cant see whats going on, screen is not coming up, dmv lady is not here today, leave me your name and number etc.Not one single person was honest about why 3 months later i didn't have my registration. So I decided to call the dmv and they informed me that the dealership didn't send the paper work to register the car because it was still under the previous owners name. I told the dealership about it and they denied everything. When I went to Alexander to ask about the situation they gave me the run around and the manager didn't have the courtesy to speak to me in person she kept sending all these different employes to give me a different story. I finally spoke to my finance company about the problem, just to find out that they have been requesting the tittle of the vehicle and that amber from alexander faxed a paper stating they still needed signatures from previous owner to release the tittle. I had one of their sales person threatened me because I was asking questions about my car that I purchased. Amber the so called manager is so professional that she hung up the phone on me and told me finance company is gonna take care of my registration! We all know thats not possible finance company doesn't deal with that. Dealing with this dealership has been a nightmare.Also when I asked amber to see the tittle of the car and dmv fees she said she no longer has that information because it was all sent to finance company to deal with. I asked amber so if I wouldn't of been asking for what I paid for when were u guys gonna have my registration? She said we keep calling you on your cell no response. I told her ok then if I request my phone record from phone company I'm gonna have a lot of incoming calls from u right? Once again she got mad. I don't recommend this dealership at all save yourself from dealing with rude and unprofessional people. More
