I recently took our RX350 in for its 15,000 mile routine maintenance. I was promptly and courteously greeted by Cavan Dierckman who showed me to the waiting area for complimentary shuttle pick-up. Within a maintenance. I was promptly and courteously greeted by Cavan Dierckman who showed me to the waiting area for complimentary shuttle pick-up. Within a short time he returned to inform me that he was able to assign two technicians to my car and that they could have it ready within the hour if I wanted to just wait, which I did. Sure enough, by the time I read the news, the car was returned to me washed and ready to go. This was typical of my service experience at Alderson. This is our 4th Alderson Lexus. More

This is my 5th Lexus, (1st from this dealership), and frankly I'm disappointed with the level of customer care. I asked for pick up & delivery service and had to wait over 6 weeks for this to be accompl frankly I'm disappointed with the level of customer care. I asked for pick up & delivery service and had to wait over 6 weeks for this to be accomplished. Poor management? Probably. Service and recalls performed, and they even did warranty work that there wasn't a problem with, but they didn't even bother to vacuum or wash my vehicle before returning to me. So, I got back my somewhat dirty car - which purportedly was sanitized. Doubtful, so I got out my Lysol spray and wipes to clean it myself. Shouldn't surprise me though because this vehicle was dirty when delivered at purchase! I have never gotten an unwashed car back from any service or brand at my old hometown, but it just seems like people in Lubbock don't care about anything but the money. More
