I am beyond impressed with the courteous and accommodating manner of the service manager, Adrian Bustos. On a day when I was going out of town, I discovered nails in the two right tires of my Le accommodating manner of the service manager, Adrian Bustos. On a day when I was going out of town, I discovered nails in the two right tires of my Lexus. Although he was overbooked and understaffed, he worked me in, thinking both tires would need to be replaced. The shuttle was running late on the way back to the dealership. Adrian stayed late and saved me $700-$800, as he was able to repair both tires. As a woman, I am especially grateful for his kindness snd integrity. He renewed my trust in dealerships.
