In my case, Tony agreed to include taxes in my down payment, but when it came time to write up the financial paperwork, he suddenly had no recollection of the conversation.<br>The other thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was when Dave, the finance manager, called me the day after I bought my truck and informed me that I had to drive back because of a mistake that I had made when filling out the loan paperwork. Maybe it's just me but doesn't he get paid to make sure the paperwork is correct before the customer leaves?<br>This wouldn't have been so bad except that I live an hour and a half from the dealership and when I did drive back, it amounted to me scribbling over top of what I had already signed.<br>Also, I made an appointment ahead of time to see the vehicle but had to wait when I got to the dealership because one of the salesmen was driving it and had left it at home. Great coordination.<br>Overall, the staff I dealt with was very arrogant and sneaky and I would not recommend this dealership. More
