First Timer Met with two sales reps, Nelson was the first and he was very courteous while assisting us viewing the inventory. Perry took over for Nelson and he too was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I told Perry what I wanted and where I needed to be and he succeeded very quickly. So I signed away. I have never owned or leased a Subaru because I am a Honda man - too early to tell but I know I'll be satisfied. Truthfully, I was on my way to the Honda dealership because I love my CRV but my wife wanted to look at the Subaru's but Perry gave my a deal I just could pass up. Even though I have a Subaru dealership closer to home, I go to Wakefield because Tom and the s I've had my '09 Subaru Outback serviced here for years. Even though I have a Subaru dealership closer to home, I go to Wakefield because Tom and the service crew take such great care of it and were helpful to me with loaners, explaining what service was needed, etc. Very friendly and professional. I just bought a 2014 Outback yesterday from Al Mazin. He spent 3.5 hours with me and my kiddo while I test drove and sat in various cars. He was terrific. Friendly, patient, thorough, and he helped me to pick an awesome car. I feel like I'm in the lap of luxury but at an affordable Subaru price. Thanks guys! Best, Jen More

Sadly I cannot buy another Subaru because of a the poor quality and value for the dollar (worst,most expensive car I have ever owned). However that should not detract from the fact they did the best they could, even better than their manager to listen and inform myself and other customers that I could see (their manager needs a serious less in Customer Service 101). After numerous issues with my Subaru Tom and Christine simply handled (calmed me down) and got me serviced, the took the sting out of owning a Subaru and I owe them. I'm buying a Honda and only can hope their service people are as nice. More
