Al was very approachable and forthcoming with his knowledge of Subaru design & technical features. We were able to take the car out for an extended test drive on our own, which helped us get a better feel for the vehicle before deciding to buy. They also handled the drop-off and pick-up of the car at our independent mechanic for an inspection prior to the purchase. Our mechanic said the car was in great shape, and we finalized the sale that week. More

I was welcomed by Erica Kinney and she arranged me to work with Jason Matte. Erica was very friendly and made sure I was satisfied with their service. We mainly worked with Jason on pricing. He was energetic and friendly. Having co-ownership with my sister who resides out in WA, made the process complicated and slow but Jason made it go smoothly. He's a great listener and patient. He walked me through the basic instruction on the vehicle and helped me set up my phone with the bluetooth system. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely recommend him to others! More

The True Car price was honoured on the spot (thank you Erica!) and the fine details of the lease terms were explained very clearly by Jason and Vinnie. We ended up leasing a brand new Subaru Outback and we left the dealership convinced that we did a great deal on a great car. More

I've bought a few Subarus in my day, and love the car but this is the first dealership that has treated me like cra STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. I've bought a few Subarus in my day, and love the car but this is the first dealership that has treated me like crap. Against my better judgement I let Sydney and Vinny push me into buying a car without them having it on the lot. Every day it was a different story about why they couldn't get it but don't worry tomorrow they would have another. A week later and lots of wasted time on my part, I just broke off the deal. They were completely unprofessional over the phone about how i'm not honoring my word after a weeks worth of lies. Even funnier the dealership manager emailed me an snippy note (thanks Vinny) about how they weren't going to refund my deposit while I signed nothing obligating me to not have it refunded. Me and Bank of America had a good laugh about that over the phone, they refunded me the money and are going after them for this. I am also reporting them to the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau for incredibly bad sales practices. Kenny, Vinny, Sydney - I am so disappointed in the incredibly poor buying experience. If you want an amazing car buying experience go to Cityside Subaru about 30 minutes away. More
