Great experience!!! I purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester through Larry Marcus and Kenny Bettano. I had not previously owned a Subaru. The purchase was based in large part on the value of my trade-in. I was treated with respect and a distinct lack of sales pressure by both Larry and Ken. Larry was very knowledgeable about his product and, again, imparted that knowledge to me without any sales pressure. In making my decision he was able to answer all of my questions. In preparing the car for delivery he adapted easily to a series of changes I wanted to make. In delivering the car, he explained the systems and technology in a manner that I was able to use them easily upon driving away. Ken was equally pleasurable to deal with in negotiating the deal. I received a very fair, even generous, value for my trade-in. He understood where I wanted to be on the price, negotiated with me fairly and we got there.
