terrible service purchased both a 1999 and 2005 outback. Had many problems both both. blow head gaskets, leaking oil seal, dash board stop working, HVAC system stopp purchased both a 1999 and 2005 outback. Had many problems both both. blow head gaskets, leaking oil seal, dash board stop working, HVAC system stopped working. Spent thousands on repairs. There was a recall for defective oil filter. Brought car in because it leaked oil all over my drive way. They said the large spots was water and didn't believe the car was leaking!!!! I had so many complaints about poor quality , instead of taking care of me..they told me to leave!!!! Never again. I now go to ira. Purchased a 2012 from them . Good dealership! More

If you want to avoid the shenanigans, cheap suits, discomfort and uncertainty of buying a car, just drop by. I hammered out my exact terms during halftime of the Patriots game. More

Bait and Switch I worked with Nelson on 2016 Legacy. He seems like a nice guy. They quoted me $24,140 for premium + eyesight package. They were $140 above my best quo I worked with Nelson on 2016 Legacy. He seems like a nice guy. They quoted me $24,140 for premium + eyesight package. They were $140 above my best quote but I decided to go with them because they had the vehicle in inventory. However at the very end, they started playing games. Nelson's boss Kenny gave me paperwork with the price of $24,999. I told him that was not the priced we agreed on. He refused to do the deal at the price quoted by them. I asked for Nelson who admitted to the original price. They were willing to "meet me half way" at $24,500. I did not feel like doing business with the man who can't honor his word (or subordinate's/business' word). I did thorough homework and had conversations about accessories, destination fees, tax/title/registration/documentation, etc. There was no misunderstanding. This happened 2 hours ago so my memory is quite fresh. If you're (still) planning to work with them, don't believe you have a deal until you **carefully** read the final paperwork. Don't be surprised if they make you wait while they are "on the phone with Japan (half-kidding)." Good luck! Priyank More
