Mixed Reviews I had heard good things about Subaru of Wakefield but I should have hand picked (called) for a salesperson who was recommended. I went in on a bit of I had heard good things about Subaru of Wakefield but I should have hand picked (called) for a salesperson who was recommended. I went in on a bit of a whim not thinking that they would give me a good trade in offer - they did which was great and got me thinking. There was some pressure that they would only honor that amount that day, not necessarily a few days/week later. Really? The car is going to depreciate significantly in a few days? I don't make care decisions lightly so I walked out and started to really research and came back ready to talk. My salesperson, Mark Roberge, was nice enough but was really trying too too too hard. He also was not detail oriented which drove me crazy. He also compared me to other customers saying "I know you wouldn't do that." and making negative comments about them. Hmmm... what did he say about others after I left. Not impressed. So, note to self and to others, reviews of salespeople are just as important as the dealership. Oh... and I didn't love the finance guy as well he rushed me, despite having an appt. to pick up my car, and then was irritated when I wanted to make a call to check on one of the warranties. Eye contact too... really... it would be good to make some. All said, I'd go back, as the price and location are right. They also have been good with service thus far. More

From the Sales associate, to the financial person, service department to the manager, all wonderful. there was an option on the car that was not done, and by the time I was ready to drive my car home, it was taken care. First-time Subaru owner If you do your research, the whole process is a breeze (and this is my first car financing experience) The one extra I opted for was the 6 years/100k If you do your research, the whole process is a breeze (and this is my first car financing experience) The one extra I opted for was the 6 years/100k coverage on my Subaru Legacy, which I felt was a bit pricey, but worth it for number of miles I will put on the vehicle. I bought my car from Al Mazin, and he was truly wonderful to work with. From negotiation to delivery of my vehicle, Al really cared about me and my experience. I noticed a slight ding in the center console leather on delivery and he brought me and the car right over to service to have them do what they could to fix it. I would highly recommend working with him the next time you look to buy a new Subaru! Also, Mike Tarasuik, one of the Sales Managers, was a lot of fun! Both helped me feel at ease while finalizing the deal. More
