They took care of all of my concerns and went above and beyond to be sure I was satisfied. I have not yet had to use the service dept so I can not speak to that. I only took off one star due to the lack of any hard copies of the Resist All protection I purchased to protect my vehicle, not sure I will remember everything a few years down the line when I may actually need or use it. Subaru of Wakefield really is customer oriented you will be pleasantly surprised as I was. More
