I had a Teri le service experience but decided to give them another shot in the sales department when my lease was up- they are the most local dealer to me. Aside from the constant confusion of which color combination i specified for them to locate (I eventually agreed to pay more and take the one that was on the lot) The delivery was set for 10 am on a Saturday, I got a call at 9:30 to reschedule until 11:30. I showed up on time and rotted in showroom until 1. Drive the car from Saturday until Monday morning....got a call from the dealership apologizing and letting ,e know my car was not registered or INSURED as they made an error on paperwork. Of course I can't drive the car until this is resolved. I was stuck at my office until 6:30pm. It took them 9 hours to resolve the issue..... Without an apology from anyone, including Sal Barbagallo the owner when I demanded to speak with him. They also failed to install the correct remote starter on the car, I specificly purchased factory removed the and was sold aftermarket - and the cables were hanging out of my ignition in 2 days. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to review your dealership, I'm just surprised you requested ME to write one! More

(Now our daughter's grown up and needed a car for her first job, so she purchased a five-year-old Impreza "certified pre-owned" here, too.) Both sales and service personnel are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the product, answer all questions with honesty and expertise, and make the experience of choosing and owning a "Sube" as satisfying as it is to drive a well-engineered, tough and fun vehicle. Awesome Effort - Truly listened to voice of the customer I am a repeat customer to this Dealership. My prior purchase was over eight years ago. The purchasing experience was excellent then and has only got I am a repeat customer to this Dealership. My prior purchase was over eight years ago. The purchasing experience was excellent then and has only gotten better. And as I have experienced over the total life and cost of owning a Subaru Outback, the service team is one of the primary reasons I came back to this dealership. Remember its 8 plus years of service and 232K miles in addition to the quality of the product. The sales team member was very engaged with me and always listening to what my needs were and what were my plans for purchasing a new Subaru. He worked hard with me to discover what was available in the portfolio of Subaru products that best met my needs. He supported me in solving the gaps of where I was with my older Subaru and what might be the best option going forward. Remember I wanted to be at 300k and in the next Subaru advertisement. Bottom-line he was very patient with my process and my questions. Ultimately we came to the conclusion that a new Premium Outback was my best fit. He was very active in the execution of the negotiation process and extremely knowledgeable in the delivery and transition of the new vehicle into my hands. More
