Met Mike who we learned was only at the dealership for 2 weeks, Was nice and low pressure - but did not know about the dealership/cars. We decided not to purchase a Subaru independent of our experience at this dealership - but I think dealerships should figure out a way to ensure that prospective dealings with sales people who know the dealership and cars in the dealership. It is a big turnoff for serious buyers to get the sales person who just started. I would recommend anyone considering a Subaru to consider this dealership. More

efficient, super-nice dealership As someone who's gotten used to dealing with high-pressure car dealerships, it was refreshing to work with folks that are straight, and not super aggr As someone who's gotten used to dealing with high-pressure car dealerships, it was refreshing to work with folks that are straight, and not super aggressive/sleazy at up-sell. We got the initial quote online, and closing the transaction was very fast - we got the options all straightened out, and the sales person (Erica) explained the process and next steps very clearly. The onsite sales person (Max) also did a great job. The entire transaction was very efficient, and the finance person told me how their dealership works, and was clearly explained the up-sells - what he recommended, and what he didn't. I would definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership. (the drive out was definitely worthwhile) More

Erica and Christian worked very hard to try to get our business. There was no pressure applied but they were very good to getting in touch with me by e-mail which I really liked. Negotiations were done mainly by e-mail and they were very clear in what they could offer me and when they could deliver it by. The pricing was the best here out of the dealerships that I visited and the selection is very good with a large lot. I was treated well the entire time. Many thanks to Christian and Erica. More

They have always been str This is my second purchase from SoW. I have had a positive experience with them as both sellers and as a service resource. They have always been straight shooters in every phase of their business. Generous with loaner cars, reasonable on their rates, and very communicative when questions arise. They aren't the closest Subaru dealership to my home, but I didn't hesitate to return for my new Forester. My original sales person didn't last with them, but I was quickly "adopted" by a one of their senior guys, Al Mazin, who always made it a point to acknowledge me when I brought my car in for service. That solicitude earned SoW and Al personally my business this time around. More
