Knowledgeable Salesperson My salesperson was Sydney VanDyk. I really liked working with him. In fact, I was going to test drive a few other cars and do a little more research, My salesperson was Sydney VanDyk. I really liked working with him. In fact, I was going to test drive a few other cars and do a little more research, but I wanted to give him the sale because of the interaction. (I had more or less made a decision - the additional test drives and research was more to reassure myself). He was very knowledgeable about the CrossTrek and didn't give me any kind of hard sell. The negotiating process went smoothly and quickly - no haggling. When I went to pick up the care he helped load my Contacts and went over the basic operation of the car. I would definitely seek out Sydney in the future and recommend my friends to him. More

When we picked up our car late in the evening, she stayed after hours to ensure we had gone over all the features of the car. When I decided I wanted to purchase a few additional accessories a few days later, she did not just send me off to the parts department. She escorted me in and stayed with me until everything was ordered and I was in the queue to have my car serviced. She is not just about getting a commission. She was determined to make sure I left the dealership with everything I wanted and needed. When I am ready to purchase another car, Christian will be the salesperson I will seek out. The dealership as a whole was fantastic. More

We reluctantly went on a Saturday afternoon and met John. He was warm, friendly, and accommodating. We told him the car we were looking at online and that's what he showed us. He did not try to pressure us into a more expensive car, or into something we really did not want. Instead he gave us all the information we needed on that particular car. We made a deal that day. John truly made the whole car buying experience not only tolerable, but enjoyable. Thank you John! More
