Since this is my first car that I a buying on my own all the leasing options and everything can be overwhelming. Michael had his own way of explaining leasing by drawing on a piece of paper which totally made sense. I left that day and went to three other dealerships after that. After meeting with Michael, I was comparing all the other dealerships to that standard and none of them even came close to the customer service I received from Michael. After a week of looking everywhere, even other subaru dealerships, one of the main reasons I came back to Subaru Wakefield to buy my car was because the service was above and beyond. I highly recommend seeing Michael Ferrara if you want buying a new car to be enjoyable and stress free! More

Great purchase, professional sales team Subaru of Wakefield advertised a used car which they had gotten in trade. Making an appointment to view and drive the car was efficient and smooth. When arriving at the dealership we were greeted immediately, the person who booked the appointment came out and directed us to a wonderfully pleasant, experienced and knowledgeable salesperson. We were able to drive the car, agree on a price, receive fair trade-in value for our older vehicle, leave a deposit and return the very next day ( a Sunday no less) for the fully detailed car delivered to us with plate transfer and registration accomplished by their in house registry office. Pleasant, relaxing atmosphere with non-pushy helpful staff. I would definitely recommend Subaru of Wakefield! More
