Best Car Buying experience ever! I had contacted the dealership via email for an E Price on a vehicle. Received an email with a very good price, so we decided to go and and test driv I had contacted the dealership via email for an E Price on a vehicle. Received an email with a very good price, so we decided to go and and test drive a Forester. Before taking a test drive, Frank pointed out several of the safety features of the SUV. Frank is very knowledgable and answered all questions with ease. Since we are both tall, headroom is of concern, but there is plenty of headroom even in the back seat for large adults. Visibility was a also an issue, but it far exceeds the CRV and RAV4 we test drove, and we were quite impressed with how quiet the ride was even on the highway. We decided to purchase the vehicle right after the test drive and the E Price was honored, no haggling, no pressure. The whole process took less than 2 hours. When I picked up the car the next day, Frank spent about 45 minutes going over all the features of the vehicle (sometimes twice), and was very patient explaining everything. It was a great experience. I LOVE MY SUBARAU! More

This dealership deserves acknowledgment in every way possible because of the exemplary manner they hold their business, I conducted my car purchase search - strictly via internet - due to the fact that we live in Arizona, and my daughter will be working in Boston. My search ultimately narrowed me down to 3 dealerships in Boston and surrounding areas. What set Wakefield Subaru apart and ultimately earned my business was purely based on the 3 cardinal rules on customer service: 1) efficiency - this dealership was quick and prompt to answer emails and questions that I had 2) honesty - I never felt I was being lied to while dealing with Wakefield Subaru. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the other dealerships I've encountered. 3) Be polite and respectful - my daughter and I felt well taken care of when finalizing all transactions with Wakefield Subaru. I had a Teri le service experience but decided to give them another shot in the sales department when my lease was up- they are the most local dealer to me. Aside from the constant confusion of which color combination i specified for them to locate (I eventually agreed to pay more and take the one that was on the lot) The delivery was set for 10 am on a Saturday, I got a call at 9:30 to reschedule until 11:30. I showed up on time and rotted in showroom until 1. Drive the car from Saturday until Monday morning....got a call from the dealership apologizing and letting ,e know my car was not registered or INSURED as they made an error on paperwork. Of course I can't drive the car until this is resolved. I was stuck at my office until 6:30pm. It took them 9 hours to resolve the issue..... Without an apology from anyone, including Sal Barbagallo the owner when I demanded to speak with him. They also failed to install the correct remote starter on the car, I specificly purchased factory removed the and was sold aftermarket - and the cables were hanging out of my ignition in 2 days.
