Terrible experience, unprofessional lacking customer service We don't recommend this dealer, very bad experience. We received an "out the door" price over email, went in, drove the car, and said we wanted to buy We don't recommend this dealer, very bad experience. We received an "out the door" price over email, went in, drove the car, and said we wanted to buy the new car. Then the manager came out with the purchase order and the total cost was much higher than the original purchase order. When we politely said, no, that is not what we were offered (we had the paperwork to verify), and were not satisfied with his obtuse explanation, he actually became irate and yelled at us. We finally walked out. It was a shocking experience, completely unprofessional and devoid of customer service. The sales rep got in touch later and said they would "accept our deal" and then lowered the amount we had been offered on the trade-in. Needless to say, we bought our car elsewhere and had a very nice friendly and efficient experience, with a better final cost. More
