We got the initial quote online, and closing the transaction was very fast - we got the options all straightened out, and the sales person (Erica) explained the process and next steps very clearly. The onsite sales person (Max) also did a great job. The entire transaction was very efficient, and the finance person told me how their dealership works, and was clearly explained the up-sells - what he recommended, and what he didn't.
