I located the vehicle online and requested a quote and received one in a very timely manner. Arrangements were made for a test drive and from the time I walked into the lobby until the time that I took possession of my new Impreza I was treated with respect and professionalism. I recognize and appreciate the treatment I experienced. Every step of the process was explained thouroughly including a review of the operating systems. Before going there I'd been through a long process of going into dealerships only to find cars that looked great on the website, but had rusted out engines, and other problems when I went to check them out. When I went to Wakefield of Subaru I was met by sales rep, Al Mazin. I told him the car from online that I wanted to look at. He said he was more than happy to show me that car, and any other I wanted. What was soooo great about this experience was that Mr. Mazin never tried to get me to finance a new car, which is something that EVERY single other dealership tried to do. I told him exactly what I was looking for, a good quality used car in a certain price range, and that's exactly what he showed me. I've had the car over year now, and have only had to do minimal maintenance. I had to replace one belt, and upon getting the car back the mechanic said, "This is a good used car. Keep up the oil changes and you should be driving it for a lot of miles. " everything about the buying experience at this dealership was great. All of the people were friendly, and the process could not have been easier. I highly suggest contacting Al Mazin and if you need a car. I waited a year to post this to make sure the car would hold out, and it did. More

I spoke with Michael Ferrara who was very informative and helpful. He then sat my mother and I down and asked if we wanted coffee (of course!) . Since this is my first car that I a buying on my own all the leasing options and everything can be overwhelming. Michael had his own way of explaining leasing by drawing on a piece of paper which totally made sense. I left that day and went to three other dealerships after that. After meeting with Michael, I was comparing all the other dealerships to that standard and none of them even came close to the customer service I received from Michael. After a week of looking everywhere, even other subaru dealerships, one of the main reasons I came back to Subaru Wakefield to buy my car was because the service was above and beyond. I highly recommend seeing Michael Ferrara if you want buying a new car to be enjoyable and stress free! More
