Horrible Experience My wife and I tested 15 different cars and car brands. We went to Subaru of Wakefield twice. First time we did a test drive was with Sydney Wandyck. H My wife and I tested 15 different cars and car brands. We went to Subaru of Wakefield twice. First time we did a test drive was with Sydney Wandyck. He looked totally disinterested in making a sale and never said anything about the car unless I said something about it, in which case he replied with “yes”, “no” or “I don’t know”. Didn’t even know how CVT works and was on his phone for the duration of the drive. The second time we met with Perry Mallias, almost the same deal as Sydney with the exception that he just gave us cars to test and went back inside. But we liked the Subaru Legacy with added on package and decided to go with it. So I emailed ten different Subaru dealerships in my area and tried to negotiate the price. I was offered a couple of good deals but eventually decided to go with Subaru of Wakefield because they were the closest to me and have promised to match the lowest price and give me the exact car that I want. Anna Rosa, the internet sales person, even offered $250 price guarantee on top of the match. So I told them I am ok if they keep that $250 as long as they don’t give me any issues and try to renegotiate the price when I come in, my wife simply hates that as do I. Plus their car MSRP was $300 more than the lowest offer so I thought I was going to be nice in order to avoid any “misunderstandings”. And wouldn’t you know it, there was a “misunderstanding”. When we came in Anna Rosa took a minute to remember who I was even thought I told her 30 minutes prior that we are coming in to buy a car. That was the red flag for me right away. Once we sat down Al Mazin, the sales guy, presented us with the offer that was $700 more than the price we agreed on. After I pointed out that’s not the correct price he said he couldn’t find any emails from Anna. So I showed him the emails. Then of course he had to go check with the manager and Anna; you know how that goes. After 15 minutes he comes back with the price reduction of $200, still $500 more than agreed. So at this point my wife is pretty aggravated, she told me specifically she did not want to go through this “misunderstandings”. So I’m thinking, ok, let’s see the car and then we can talk again. Boy was that a surprise. I asked for either silver or carbide exterior with dark interior; instead Al presented us with gold exterior and white interior. I’m thinking gold looks nice, I can live with that, but we have a kid in the back, no way am I buying a car with the white interior. Al tried to convince us that they can find a car we are looking for but needs time and MORE MONEY. We, of course, walked out with no car. Then they tried to apologize via email for the “misunderstanding” because some things can be “confusing”. I’m an analyst; I work with confusing things all day long. Of course I told them to go to xxxx and don’t try to contact me again. And of course they did contact me again. And on top of that they tried to blame Quirk Subaru from Quincy for “misleading me with their deceptive advertising”. I mean who does that?? What kind of a xxxxxxx blames other dealer for offering a better price after what they did to us? But there is a happy ending to this story. We found the car we wanted at the Natick dealership, walked in with the agreed price and walked out 30 minutes later with the smile on out faces. Thank you Subaru of Natick. More
Incredible Parts Department I have been to many parts departments at many dealerships, or should I say stealerships. I dreaded every time I needed an OEM part. Terrible prices an I have been to many parts departments at many dealerships, or should I say stealerships. I dreaded every time I needed an OEM part. Terrible prices and terrible service, no one knows what they are talking about, wrong parts ordered all the time. The Wakefield Subaru dealership however is amazing, I pretty much use only Subaru parts on my WRX now because it is always a pleasure. Jeremy really knows what he is talking about and he is incredibly helpful, never had a wrong part ordered from there, and I spend thousands of my dollars there. Prices are great as well for OEM parts. I am not paid or anything to write this interview, these guys just really deserve some recognition for always being super helpful and for being true car guys who I can actually talk engine building details with. Thank you for not being a bunch of idiots who know how to poorly type words into a search bar, I'll continue to come back as long as I drive a Subaru. More

Everyone went out of their way to make sure that we were very pleased. My wife commented that Perry treated her with equal respect when addressing us instead of deferring to me. We just returned when the lease ran out, sought out Perry and leased another Crosstrek. When I was buying the Forester Perry had listened closely to my wife talking about what features she liked. He knew she liked the color of our Prius, the leather seats, the GPS, etc and had a Crosstrek brought out for her to see. It was so perfect that we came back and bought another at Wakefield from and because of Perry. The team there made buying cars the simplest and most enjoyable we have ever experienced. More
Forester purchase Let me start with my customer service person, Perry Mallias, coming in on his week off, and staying until I left with a registered car and new plates. Let me start with my customer service person, Perry Mallias, coming in on his week off, and staying until I left with a registered car and new plates. Everything went very smoothly, including figuring the value of my trade-in. Minimum of the ... ahem ... pushiness that car sales people are famous for elsewhere. A painless experience. More

I informed a Service Manager and he said he would look at CCTV and identify a theft. He came back to me and said the CCTV caught nothing because it could not record activities inside the car when it was serviced. He promised me an oil change with no charge. After some 6K miles passed, I called back and asked for it. Called and left messages twice, never call back and seem I was avoided. So I went elsewhere fro the oil change because I don't want my thing stolen from my car. More

Do Not Give These People Your Money I love my Subaru Legacy, but this dealership is terrible. I recommend purchasing a Subaru, but do it somewhere else. The Bluetooth in my car sporadica I love my Subaru Legacy, but this dealership is terrible. I recommend purchasing a Subaru, but do it somewhere else. The Bluetooth in my car sporadically stops working. I took my car back to this dealership FOUR TIMES and each time they said they fixed it, but the problem persists. I'm writing this review because I gave up on bringing my car back to them. Please heed my advice and do not give this dealership your money. More

I expected this to be the first of many stops at dealers in the area but instantly fell in love with the car. Max, the salesman and possibly the greatest man on earth, broke away from the mold of stereotypical sleezy salesmen. He was thorough throughout the entire process without being over bearing or pushy. He made me feel ready to buy my first big purchase without trying to make me buy a more expensive or newer car. I want him to hold me in his arms forever and tell me this was the car for me. Everything was quicj and I had my car within a few days of my initial visit. I am certain that anyone else will love their car buying experience as much as I had. Also, Max will woo you into an almost comatose state of comfort with a blissful sense that everything is meant to be. If I could have him sell me everything I would need to purchase for the rest of my life then I would be overjoyed. I think I may love Max as a salesman and as a human being. Really. I think I love him. Max, if you're reading this know that I still think of you. Go sell some cars you beautiful man! More
