Arthur Mcfague and sales manage Ken Bettanor were outstanding in making sure I got every thing I wanted in the car . They went out of their way to make sure I got my car and in a timely fashion since they did not have the particular car I wanted. Upon delivery car was perfect and Art spent all the time I needed to understand the controls. This is my first Subaru and am completely delighted. In addition Wakefield Subaru has a large service facility in the event it should be needed. Thanks Guys! More

After a number of disappointing trips, I ended up at Subaru of Wakefield and working with John. John not only found the perfect car for me - a few years old but in good shape with low miles! - but he made car buying an easy and enjoyable experience. He worked with me to make sure I got the reliable car I wanted and needed. He was courteous, listened to my concerns, and helped me make the purchase that was right for me! I would recommend him to any of my friends. More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!! I had the worst experience here. We negotiated a price for a Forrestor limited with Max who was very friendly and helpful. Mike Tarasuik came by to greet us and shook our hand. We went to his office to see if we can get the original price that was confirmed with Donovan over the phone. Out of nowhere, this guy went ballistic on two Asian girls!! He was like "YOU NEED TO LISTEN!!!" "THAT IS WHAT A CONVERSATION IS!!" He yelled and stormed us out of the dealership like a maniac calling us rude??!! How!? For asking a price that was given from another manager??!! So disrespectful and discriminating!! We were shocked and appalled by the way he was talking to us and left very upset. Another manager, Joe Barbagallo put his arms out to block my sister from getting a business card to report him!! Warning her that he was gonna call the cops!! Over a business card!?? Really!!?? Mind that my sister is 5 feet tall!! As if she was going to attack. He is 5'10. Come on now!! Not necessary!! No Justification for that!! No one should be treated in that manner!! Period!! No sincere apology from the owner or the staff. No respect for females whatsover!! If you sincerely care, you would give personal call to the customer to apologize and not give a quick response on yelp!! Reading from the other reviews everyone seems to have a bad experience with MIKE TARASUIK..calling people names...yelling at them...not a way of conducting business!! We will not be purchasing a car from this dealership!! We will be taking our business elsewhere that has respect for customers!! Please go to the Manchester location for impeccable customer service and friendly atmosphere. Greg, was such a great salesmen. He made the process less stressful and explained everything in detail about the car. He personally delivered the car to my home and stayed there for an hour to thoroughly explain the touch screen features of the car and the pamphlet. Also, he kindly informed me if I had any problems that he is one call away!! Now that is customer service!! I am forever grateful and will be referring him to friends and family!! More

Showed up at dealership and sales person Perry was there to complete the transaction (online team hands off to sales people to complete transaction). Price didn't match quoted price in computer system but Perry got it resolved quickly (he was able to pull up the email with the correct price). Completed transaction next day after end of business day and while vehicle could be legally driven for 7d, asked Perry to complete registration and get a sticker before delivery. He was nice enough to come in on his day off to get the car registered fully and get a sticker and he is dropping off the vehicle at my friend's house since he wasn't going to be able to make it in during the time Perry was coming in on day off to wrap this up. Thought Donovan, Anna and Theresa in online group provided a reasonable price on vehicle and enjoyed working with Perry on this transaction (he is very real and will tell you what's on his mind). Online team was super responsive to both emails and phone calls. Btw, dealer has higher than average doc fees ($489), so make sure you take this in to consideration when comparing their out the door cost to other dealers. All in all, I thought we were treated very fairly on this transaction. More

He understood my requirements and explained all options. And since the new 2017 outback was suppose to be out in June we ended up ordering a 2017 from factory. Every step of the ordering to delivery process Max watched it over and kept me informed. They applied the discount they were giving me on a 2016 to my 2017 order. Overall a great experience.
