Subaru of Wakefield came through on both counts, on two separate occasions! My wife and I purchased a Subaru Outback three years ago from Perry Mallias at Subaru of Wakefield, and most recently, a 2018 Subaru Impreza, again from Perry at Subaru of Wakefield. We did shop around a bit on-line, and visited a few local dealerships as well; however, we ultimately decided to purchase from Subaru of Wakefield for the same reason we did the first time: value, ease, and service. I have little patience for sliding-scale prices and high-pressure sales. Subaru of Wakefield made both purchases simple. Perry quoted a price just a few dollars (literally) over invoice, we shook hands, signed on the dotted line, and were done. A simple, no-hassle business transaction. No hidden fees, and no pressure to add on a lot of stuff we didn't need or want. Perry was professional, patient, low-pressure, and helpful in deciding among the various colors and trim levels. His follow-through beyond the car purchase has been outstanding. We expect our next car will also be a Subaru, and we look forward to working with Perry Mallias at Subaru of Wakefield again. More
