We have not bought a new car for years, and as senior citizens, were reluctant to do so. We were helped by Perry Mallias, who made the entire experience -- which could have been very daunting at our age -- a complete pleasure. He was helpful, courteous, friendly, and kind, and even more than that, he was compassionate regarding our age and feelings. He gave us 110% assistance and went well beyond the call of duty while we were looking at and test-driving the vehicle, during the purchasing transaction, and -- most importantly -- AFTER we had purchased the vehicle and had taken it home. He responded to our many post-sales questions, patiently explained features of the car with which we were unfamiliar, and always made us feel welcome and comfortable when we needed to contact him. If all sales personnel were like Perry Mallias, purchasing a car would never be anything less than a pleasant, rewarding experience. Oh, and the car itself is beautiful! More
