I was pleasantly greeted by Justin Grant who then presented me the various Pre-Owned vehicles I was inquiring about. I was planning on buying a Subaru and shopping at a few different Subaru dealerships in the area. After he worked with me for some time, drawing up different scenarios and test driving a couple of different cars, I decided it wasn't necessary to check out any other dealerships, as I wanted to buy my car from Justin. He's a friendly guy with a lot of helpful anecdotes about Subaru owners he knows (including himself) that make you comfortable buying a new or used car from them. Also, he makes it pretty clear that he's willing to do whatever it takes to make his customers happy. Just picked up the car today and I'm quite pleased with the car-buying experience as a whole. My experience at Wakefield Subaru was very positive. My salesman, Al Mazin was very friendly, anticipated most of my questions, and gave clear explanations about the various pieces of equipment in my Outba salesman, Al Mazin was very friendly, anticipated most of my questions, and gave clear explanations about the various pieces of equipment in my Outback. We went for a test drive that included turns, hills, and normal traffic areas. He explained what each of the control buttons did and I felt confident during my test drive and on my drive home. I found a 2009 Subaru Outback online that Wakefield of Subaru had posted. The price seemed right so my wife and I went to the dealership for a test drive. We asked Justin about the Outback we saw online, and he immediately showed us the vehicle. He took us for a test drive, asked us if we had any questions, and told us a boat load about Subaru in general, and the vehicle that we were driving. He also took the time to show us a 2010 model and explain the differences between the model years. We could tell that Justin was not just a salesman, but a Subaru enthusiast! We purchased our 2011 Outback from Subaru of Wakefield last year. We still drive the 2001 Legacy we purchased there and gave up our 1990 to my inlaws in 2001 when it had 200,000 miles on it.
