We had a wonderful experience thanks in no small way to John's helpful and noticeably genuine concern to help our great niece find a safe and sound pre-owned vehicle. At first, we discussed one or two possible vehicles but felt the price was out of Ashley's range and we pressed on in our search. We left your dealership and drove to a competitor on Rt. 114. The salesman we met with actually made us rethink our genuinely friendly and professional experience with John at Subaru of Wakefield and we drove right back to your dealership and settled on a pre-owned 2002 Subaru Legacy. John was the reason we purchased a vehicle from Subaru of Wakefield. He is demonstratively sincere and personable. He assured Ashley that she can call him with any concerns regarding her purchase. We understand Subaru of Wakefield will be relocating. However, the "patina" of the graceful aging of your dealership along with the personable staff of this dealership is endearing and greatly appreciated. Al Mazin was very straight forward and no nonsense. We went in knowing what car we wanted, what we were willing to pay and what our trade was worth. We were able to sign the paperwork in less than 2 hour went in knowing what car we wanted, what we were willing to pay and what our trade was worth. We were able to sign the paperwork in less than 2 hours within $300 of what we wanted to spend. When we brought our trade 2 warning lights were on despite our best efforts to have it fixed and the lights off ahead of time and Vinny the sales manager did not make a big deal of it or even mention taking the value of our trade down. This is the second time we've purchased a car here and it will be our first stop for every car from now on. Far superior to Ira in Danvers. More
Previous to Wakefield I went to Ira Subaru in Danvers, I walked around the lot with my son and then into the showroom for 15 minutes with not even a hello from anyone. I left there and went to Wakefield Subaru and was immediately and warmly greeted. I was then paired with a sales person who went over all of the features of the model I was interested and even had a plate on similar vehicle ready for me to go test drive. After every feature of the vehicle was explained and demonstrated for me we went for a test drive and I was sold. Not only by the vehicle I was interested in but the entire staff and the warm way they greeted me and made me feel comfortable through the whole buying process. I have already recommended them to others interested in a Subaru. More

Perry is an outstanding sales person and a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the technical details of the Subaru engines. As an engineer, I greatly appreciate passion for technology and knowledge of technical details. He was also very open and helpful during the negotiation of my trade-in. Went to Subaru of Wakefield for our second Subaru Impreza and our second experience with Al Mazin. After going to another brand's dealership, I was disappointed at how I was treated. So, I returned to Al and and our second experience with Al Mazin. After going to another brand's dealership, I was disappointed at how I was treated. So, I returned to Al and had another wonderful experience with him. He worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for and then worked with me to stay on my budget. I trust his advice and I believe he genuinely wants to help people find the right car for them. I will certainly send family and friends to Al in the future! More
These guys were great to work with! We used Truecar for the pricing, and they had the best price of three regional Truecar dealers. They were only able to accommodate the truecar accessories pricing on the the pricing, and they had the best price of three regional Truecar dealers. They were only able to accommodate the truecar accessories pricing on the factory installed accessories, so this may add some time to the delivery, but if you don't want a lot of accessories it wouldn't be a problem. Perry was great at answering questions, was very responsive, and got us the car we wanted at a good price. Overall, we had a good experience with this dealer and would recommend them. More

He made the process of buying a car enjoyable and I trusted his expertise from the get go. He, very patiently, let me test drive three different cars before I chose the one for me. During the test drives, he had my friend and I laughing the whole way. He was upfront with any possible issues and concerns. He also directly answered all my questions. Larry himself was great. He was funny and I liked his honesty. What I didn't like about this location was that I had paid the downpayment 2 weeks before I was supposed to pick up the car, and I was told honesty. What I didn't like about this location was that I had paid the downpayment 2 weeks before I was supposed to pick up the car, and I was told by the finance team to just call the day before picking up the car. When I called he told me that he didn't get the license plates and I couldn't pick up the car. I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with Geico to change the time my car insurance kicked in as well as call the dealership of my previous car to tell them that I would have to change the date. This was a hassle that should never have happened. They had 2 weeks to get the plates on my car. More
